We may collect your username and personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) such as your name, address, picture, date of birth and e-mail address from you and, in connection with purchases you make via the Service, we and/or a third party (e.g., Apple, Inc.) may also collect and store your credit card, and billing information as more fully described below for the sole purpose of processing your purchases. c. Finding your friends on Bout. If you choose, you can use our "Find friends" feature to locate other people with Bout accounts either through (i) your contacts list or (ii) third-party social media sites. If you choose to find your friends through your device's contacts list, then Bout will access your contacts list to determine whether or not someone associated with your contact is using Bout. If you choose to find your friends through a third-party social media site, then you will be prompted to set up a link to the third-party service and you understand that any information that such service may provide to us will be governed by this Privacy Policy. Note about sharing with friends and inviting friends to play: If you choose to share content with friends and invite friends to play, you may select a person directly from the contacts list on your device and send a text or email from your personal account. You understand and agree that you are responsible for any charges that apply to communications sent from your device, and because this invitation is coming directly from your personal account, Bout does not have access to or control this communication.
You may have certain rights under the Communications Act, Federal Trade Commission Act, and other state and federal statutes that may apply, and by accepting these terms and using the Website, you are waiving all of these rights as to collection, use, disclosure and storage of your Personal Information and Non-Personal Information collected by us.
2.online purchases
We may offer opportunities to purchase coins in connection with certain games and promotions through the Service. When you make a purchase, the collection of the information you provide, including your credit card and billing information, is handled by Apple pursuant to the Apple Privacy Policy.
3.protection for chidren and minors
This Website is not intended for, and we have no intention of collecting personally identifiable information from persons under the age of 13.
